I'm a newbie curious about what percentage CoCROI people go for when analyzing deals. Does the target change for MFR's and SFR's? What should I set as my CoCROI goal? I would love any examples of deals you have made, what percentage you were looking for, and how you decided on that percentage. Thanks

@Drago Stanimirovic thanks for the advice. Ill look into it. How old were you when you bought your first property, what type of property was it, and how did you fund it?

Hey everyone, I'm new to real estate investing and I'm eager to learn more and continue my journey. I'm in college, and I just bought my first condo for myself and some roommates. I'm hoping to use this asset to start investing in rental properties when I graduate and move to a new city. Anyways I'm excited to meet you guys and learn how to really make this work.
