I am  A driver for YRC and don't have a regular schedule. I have a meeting on my calendar in Akron that I am trying to make too. Is this also associated with the Ohio rental group, or whatever it is called?  Is there a website for your meetings? I will be in California this Thursday.

I am more familiar with the Cleveland area even though I live between Canton and Akron.

we were trying to pick up property to start an indoor training facility for Fastpich softball and baseball. Somebody else opened up a place but we haven't given up on the idea but in the mean time I would like to get experience in getting property and the tax implementations of owning and running a business.

I did learn that having an email with the domain name of your company name makes your emails less likely to be ignored. Squarespace is a good place to put a web presence if somebody does a search for you. 

If there is somebody in the Akron, OH area that has time for a coffee or beer I would like to sit and talk for a little.

My wife and I tried to start a business within the last year and found that the start up costs are a lot more than we thought. I got to meet a city manager to see if we could take over an old school building and met with a commercial owner for another property but in both cases the money needed was too high and we were and are too inexperienced to know what to do. The meetings were fun and I couldn't believe I could get meetings like this. 

So now I would like to start smaller to build up equity, experience and tax advantages.
