Is there a way to tell where the call is coming from?

For example, how do you know if you have a new call from a potential tenant or a new call from a potential investor? Is there a way for Google to show you which number is being called?

Yes, that is what I need to know, so I answer the phone accordingly.

I just bought a MHP, they have never had any advertising or phone number. When you use grasshopper, or google for a phone number, when my cell rings, will it tell me that it is coming from that provider?

The reason I'm asking is the new number will be forwarded to my cell, I currently answer my phone "PDR Live this is Bob...." I don't want to answer the phone like that if the call is about the MHP. I want to say "Crystal Cove MHP, this is Bob...."

So, what are my options? Obviously, I'm a novice and have never used any of these phone services.

Thanks, the owner did not run the park very well. They are also very difficult to communicate with.

I found a file on this site that was useable, it would have been much easier if the search option worked.

Yes, I meant to type MHP, and don't know how to edit the title

I tried searching the FilePlace, but it appears it is not working right now.

Tomorrow we close on a 22 pad MHP. I was looking for any documents or letters I need to give to the tenants. Any and all advice or files would be appreciated.

I thought I watched a video when I joined in October talking about searching the FilePlace.  Now I can't seem to even find any of Brandon's tutorial videos on the site.

I’m an S-Corp (my regular work, not my side hustle RE) so I’m confused about the 25% tax rate for corporations. Currently my corporation pays ZERO, any profits pass through to me as income, and I pay taxes on it . My effective tax rate is usually 16%-20%. Does this mean my Corp will now pay 25% before the pass through?

Brent, I just don’t think realtors should lie, but I understand they are trying to get the most money for their client. It just rubs me wrong.

Thanks, it’s happened twice in the last month....the first one I didn’t raise my offer at all and got the deal. Today we actually went $500 above asking, should get an answer tomorrow.

...I usually get the feeling this is BS. “We have multiple offers, we need your best and final offer” Anyone else feel the same way?
