Quote from @Nicholas L.:

@Robert Nebel

it's house hacking.

@Nicholas L. @Andrew Einsmann

House hacking was my original thought. But I also thought to save up for 20% on a downpayment to avoid paying premiums. Do you know if there is a tool or know where I can find out more info about whether it is smarter to house hack and pay the premiums vs standard 20% down. I have about 55k saved up and want to make sure I have all the information available to weigh my options

Hey guys, my name is Bob and I'm from Staten Island, NY. I joined Bigger Pockets looking to learn more about real estate investing (available strategies, tools to help find the best deals to focus on, etc.) and looking for guidance from mentors / other experienced real estate investors on the best path foward in my current position (23 yrs old with a small amount saved up).

Would appreciate any help or guidance from anyone!
