Is the rent going to the LLC?

Yes, the rent is going to the LLC.

Yes, the rent is going to the LLC.

I am in the process of doing an Airbnb arbitrage and I will be putting it under an LLC. I was wondering if I needed to put the utilities under my name or if I should use the LLCs name.

I live out of state and I am hoping someone has used a property manager in Idaho Falls, ID that they have had good experience with and would recommend.

I am new to wholesaling and I have ran across a property that the seller wants cash for the deed.  Can a deed be wholesaled or are the processes for a deed different than a regular deal?  Also, are their any specific question I should ask regarding the deed?  Thanks in advance!
