Relocating next year to the Chicago area. Our move timeline is flexible.

Looking for a turnkey duplex with existing tenants. Plan: live in one unit, rent the other.

We've identified key neighborhoods. But we're still learning the market.

Looking for a Realtor partner who we can work with to identify properties to select the right one before purchase.

Long term plan: grow our RE portfolio. Last December we purchased a SFH investment property in Greater Austin area.
