Hey all, my name is Rob Perrault. I am brand new to the REI practice, just getting my feet wet. Leaning towards investing in raw land, but still looking at all possibilities. Also hoping that learning about the generalities of real estate will help me when it comes time for me to buy my own house (still in my early 20s) Anyone else from CT, Fairfield County?
