I’m curious to know if any property managers / land lords near college towns have had any success on direct marketing to “foreign or exchange students”?

I hear from some colleagues that more and more students every year from all around the world are attending schools here in the US of A

@Greg Ranjitsingh That’s awesome Greg, I work with an athlete who’s been investing in college student rentals across the country with great success. It all comes down to buying high quality cash flowing properties at the start, then funding towards value add properties to get cash cows! It snow balls pretty quickly
