@Richard Carlton I started out with over 11 years of mortgage lending and switched to auto lending.  I don't know how much that will help me but I do have quite a bit of knowledge when it comes to obtaining financing.  I haven't had time to keep up over the past couple of years with the changes in the mortgage lending rules and regulations but I am a fast learner.

Eric Wesley, I would be interested in talking with you about bulk unit rental income.  Are you currently involved in this or is it one of your future goals?
