thanks for the encouraging words and the advice. I began this journey to build a realty holding company two months ago. So far I have two buy and holds and I have flipped one. I've done it with my own money though. I need to find some financing options and if you have any suggestions on how to locate good deals on foreclosures and multi units is appreciate the advice thanks again have a great day.

I have a dilemma. I won to hud OO bids at the same time. How can I get both. Can I add my brother to the deed and he fulfill the obligation? I would like to keep both properties. Any suggestions will help.
