Won't be listed for another week or so.  We will be advertising for 1 million I believe.  Cap rate I will post once I know. As of now yes fully rented 1 tenant is leaving.  They are all paying about 1500.  We have not raised rent in a long time.   Yes what is your number? Or pm it to me. Yes there mostly offices one ware house.

hello everyone this is my first attempt to a commercial sale in California! I am selling a office building at 1030 industrial way Corona California.  This is my first attempt at selling any real estate in my life and trying to sell this to another person in record time. Ok post pictures soon any tips pointers you guys recommendations you guys have I am all ears thank you Bigger pockets!

So once you got that ARV or a year after you could of got another 50 or 100k in cash out?

Welcome to bigger pockets! Check out the success stories on this website lot of flips and buy hold stories they post the purchase numbers and rehab costs. Be prepared to read a lot.

Sounds like a great deal I think this is a good read for everybody especially me since I am interested in doing something like this.
