Phillip and Joe, thank you for welcoming me to the site and the advice. I will enjoy the seminar and I will not purchase anything from them. I agree BP has so much to offer and I am eager to learn.

My name is Robin. I am 56 years young, married and recently retired; 3 weeks to be exact. I have the pleasure of living in New Orleans, Louisiana. Last week, I attended a Flipping Formula seminar with a girlfriend. I was not really interest in “flipping” or real estate, although I do enjoy watching various television programs about buying, selling, flipping and remodeling property. I only attended because my friend asked me to. However, the presentation was very good and we signed up for a 3 day course, which we are scheduled to attend next week. I have peace about attending the course and I am excited. I discovered Bigger Pockets as I searched for feedback on the company. Usually, I research before I commit but I did not because I had no intentions of signing up but like I said, I have peace about the decision and still do. I will be using this site as a vessel to get more knowledge. Having no experience in real estate, other than purchasing my home, my plans are to educate myself on the different options available in real estate investing and then I can determine my goals. Thank you and I look forward to being a part of Bigger Pockets network.
