Thank you for the input, Nancy! I am assisting in the sale of a home for an owner and she has a tenant not just refusing to comply, but being destructive to the property, mainly exterior obviously.. can't get in to inspect. I will check out your blog as well!

Is a tenant in violation of their lease agreement if they refused to allow someone into the property with not only permission from the owner, but owner highlighted the agreement stating they must give tenant 24-hr notice..?
