are you still interested in real estate market in Czech republic? I'd love to know more if you managed to get in touch with any of local investors or anyone else. I know the BP community is not strog here so that's why I ask.

nice to see someone from Czech republic here. Not very much people on BP connected to CR really I think. Your idea to build a house and rent is a bit specific, what area you have think of? Keep in mind that Czech market is quite different to the one explained on BP Podcasts for example.
