@Patricia Steiner Thank you for this! It turns out the seller did provide the disclosure weeks ago to the realtor, but the realtor failed to provide it to me until the last moment. They probably did this, because they knew I wouldn’t want a home with a bed bug history. Now I’m trying to see if there’s a way to back out given that I wouldn’t want a house with this history, and an inspection is not possible at this time.

Thoughts on buying a house that was tented and treated for bedbugs about 4.5 years ago? My closing date is in two days and my realtor just provided me the sellers disclosure that notates this previous issue. Everything about the house is great except that detail.
I’m not sure if bedbugs ever really disappear, and I have no additional information regarding whether they’ve come back or not. Would you still proceed with closing?
