Post: I'm looking to possibly getting a MSRED. Is it worth it?

Hello gang,
I've decided to throw my hat in the real-estate development ring. I have a long view vision of what I'm aiming for and barely any nuts and bolt know-how on how to get there. I've been looking into MRED programs for the knowledge AND connections. I'm a bit tentative b/c I know how real life learning is way better than academic. But, my hope is a structured program will help launch me and accelerate my breaking in. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks Sandy. The property is not professionally managed. Can I request to tax returns?

I just saw a 15 unit low-income unit. The numbers line up except my realtor is adamant I can't trust the proforma. How can I verify information?
Thanks!

Hey Rob,
I'm looking for both advice and an attorney. Based on your experience how long does it take and generally how much does it cost?
Thanks!

I'm looking to buy a property with a tenant. He is not paying rent and he has no lease or contract. Does anyone know of an eviction specialist I can speak to before I make an offer?
Thanks!

Hello,
I'm investing in single family flips in Western MA. In Massachusetts attorneys manage closings. I've gotten a lot of feedback from lawyers around town that "Subject 2's" or "Assumption Agreements" are just not done here in the conservative commonwealth of MA. Anyone have any leads for an attorney familiar with working with investors in Massachusetts?
