How would you suggest someone proceed as far as financing? I have a 750 score, i have a home already that is my primary, but i am looking to buy another. Would Hard money be the best way to get a property than refinance later or do you guys have any other creative methods up your sleeves? :)

I remember a while back i paid 200 i think to join their service and i kept sending in deal sheet after deal sheet and not getting a response. Finally I got upset and called them and spoke to someone who said he would personally help me going forward when I came across a good deal. Than I got a call that said "We actually are not licensed to lend in Florida" I was like well, "Why didnt you guys say that before I paid?

@Lesley Resnick I see your point, because what service is really being provided? Grandma got 40k when she could have gotten 80k if she knew better?

I do remember when i first started in this business seeing a lot of so called Gurus push the fact that its ok not to have money you can get yourself out of the contract with your inspection clause. Its a strategy to be fair that a lot of webinars and classes push for those who are void of funds.

I saw commercials down here in south florida within the past week from a company calling out wholesellers. Commercial basically said "why sell your house to a so called cash buyer who doesnt have the money?" it continued to give their number where people could call them to sell the home. Seems to be getting super competitive now/
