Hi, I am the GC for Blueshine Builder, we build around 100 houses per year between Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres. We have taken over a few projects from Blacktip and Delta, we still have room to take a few more. We also have different single family and duplex models available. Our average construction time from zero to finish is about 8 months after permit is issued and we are always improving. We have references that we can provide from other investors and we definitely complete every project that we start. I am the GC for Blueshine Builder, we build single family houses and duplexes in Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres FL. Our average construction time is about 8 months after permit is issued and we are always improving. I am sure that there are many ways to make money in Real Estate but I have found a niche in new construction. As an investor I am selling all the single family houses and keeping some of the duplexes as a long term rental. I have found it very hard to cash flow with the single family houses due to the high interest rates. @Peter Dukaj yes we are still finding lots for around $19k in Lehigh Acres with no issues for construction

Hi, I am a partner at Blueshine Builder LLC. We build 120+ houses a year in Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres. It is true that it could take up to 5 months to get permits approved but we haven't seen any issues with materials. Our average construction time after permits is 8-10 months. @Sara Aviv Berger I am a residential contractor currently building single family houses in Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral FL. We have a very nice 4/2 model with almost 1900 Sq-Ft of living area and a tiny 3/2 model with 1180 Sq-Ft of living area that we just started building in order to provide a more affordable product and compete with the high interest rates.
