Welcome, Rodney! Many wish to make RE their fulltime business, but not all pursue. So, it is awesome that you are expanding your portfolio further!

Not sure if you are looking to self-fund your deals or finance but would love to connect to see if we might be a good match for making your deals successful.

I would be financing or raising through various methods and ways.

I am open to SFR, multi-family, short-term, long term, commercial. Most everything.

Quote from @Benjamin Louie:

That’s exciting, @Rodney Mills congrats on having a clear timeline for retirement and doubling down on your real estate business. 🙌 San Diego’s a tough but opportunity-rich market, so focusing full-time should open a lot of doors.

Are you looking to expand more into multifamily, single-family rentals, or commercial as you grow the portfolio? 2026 will be here before you know it sounds like a great runway to build momentum. 🚀

I plan and hope to retire in September, 2026. I plan to work my real estate business fulltime.
