All my kids have been vaccinated and are up to date with all their vaccines.
But the h1n1 vaccine does not seem right to me.
You had 100X less death from the h1n1 virus than you have with a regular flu.

It's not because they were more expensive. It's because more investors bought in thoses states and when the market went south, they let their investment go.

I know hundreds of people trying to get their loan modify. The only sure things is that they are all in the foreclosure process.
Only 12% of all loan modification are successfull. The reason be, most people want their loan modify but they have no reason for it. Think about it for a minute, if you were able to qualify for a $200,000 loan 4 years ago, and nothing change in your life (same job, same people in your family etc..) why would the bank change your loan.
And now let's say you lost your job, then why would they modify the loan when they know you are not gonna pay anyway.
Let's say you didn't loose your job but your income dropped, then now you don't qualify for the loan because of today's loan criterias.
In short, banks don't want to modify, because they don't want to create an habit for their customer to try to modify their loan.
I know it's not fair when you see how much TARP money they got from the govt. But who says govt and banks are fair anyway.

Post: How about storage units

You also have a lots of positive points with storage unit.
1) Almost no repairs, tenants won't call you for a toilet plug or a leaky faucet.
2) No eviction process. If tenant doesn't pay you lock his stuff and after 30 days you can sell all his stuff in auction.
3) Less Utitlities bill.
4) No fight with the neighboors.

However I still think it's 3 to 4 times cheaper to have your own storage built.

You should look at building one. They are really cheap to build.
