Hello Jonathan,

Thank you for replying to my post. As you may have already picked up, this would be my first property co-hosting. I've working in property management and in leasing as well for the past few years, so I have a bit of experience marketing and maintaining a property. What my partner and I are aiming on pitching and offering our future clients is the peace of mind of not having to worry about their investment as well as the excitement of seeing growth in bookings.

I definitely agree with you that a great element of success is to do this with the guest and host in mind with what they would like out of their experience. Now I can relate as a consumer on what a guest would like and want, however there are elements on the investor side that know i am not considering strictly due to lack of experience.

What have you found to be some important things investors are looking for besides "low price"?

Hello Everyone,

My name is Rodrigo I just wanted to introduce myself I have recently joined the forum but have looked into investing into property for quite some time. I have also recently started a Co Hosting business with a friend of mine. We are working towards using this business to fund our first investment to get our foot really into the door.

We have so far have set up our LLC among other thing but are still new and looking for assistance. first of which being the needed permit for co hosting in la county and orange county
