Cesar Torres yes!, I have been glued to the podcast so much information and golden tips. I invest in the Dupage County area.

Figure out what are the junior and senior lean on the property. Figure out what are the hierarchy. Know which leans go away and which don't. Make sure that it's the first mortgage that is being auctioned off and not the the second.
