Quote from @Jerryll Noorden:

30 calls in a month? I can not stand being cold called. I get called all - the - time.

Why would any of you do cold calling?

It DOESN'T WORK!!!

You try to get clients by annoying the CRAP out of people. Every client you get you make 300 people HATE you.

What kind of way is that to run a business. Why do you all think investors have such a crappy rep. But of course you don't care as long as you make a dollar. Its disgusting.

I should look up all your markets of the cold callers and take over that market, and drive every cold caller out of business. Dare me!

I agree with this 100%. However for investors starting out and can't afford tactics like SEO, wouldn't you say cold calling is the "Sweat Equity" way to get in?

I've been wholesaling for a few months and have done 4 deals in Oklahoma. However I feel that the market in Oklahoma isn't competitive enough to really make wholesalers in high enough demand to cause larger assignment fees. With that I've decided to start cold calling south Florida Fort Lauderdale area. Will I just be wasting time and money calling in an overly saturated market or is there always an abundance of deals? Any advice is appreciated. Thank You!
