Hello everybody!

My name is Tammy Parsons and I call sunny San Diego home! I am retiring from the Marine Corps this summer and Real Estate Investing is my next calling. I'm brand new at this and I'm looking forward to working on my first deal.

I am looking to do rehabs and wholesales and would eventually like to expand my rental property portfolio (I currently have two). I'm open to doing joint ventures as well.
