Hello everyone! I am about to purchase my rental property. It is a duplex that I planned on house hacking but it is currently being rented out. So, with me just buying it, what do I do with the rent, where do I put money for different expenses, etc,. I have heard of Cozy and Rent Ready ,any other advice?
