Hey guys I’m 26 and I’ve thought about dropping out of community college, I’m set to start my upper division courses at university next year. I’m just not happy doing school. I have a W2 job already in the psychology field and I’m not really confident that getting a psychology bachelors is going to push me further, even if it a masters. I realize that working full time and going to school full time, I won’t have much time to focus on investing. I’m planning to keep my job and get my real estate license as a side hustle to start out , as I’m very green and don’t know much about real estate. Hoping I could get some feedback, any would be appreciated, thanks.
