Thanks everyone for input. I know what I am doing workwise and I always do quality work just wasn't sure about inspection part. Trying to learn as much as I can here :)   Thanks again

I am looking to rehab foreclosed property planning on DIY pretty much everything. Do I have to have it inspected along the way and do I need any permits at all in general?

Don't you need to work under a broker to get access to all that info view houses and so on?
