Hi Josh, I'm not using an agent I just trying to sell my condominiun for sale by owner, the recent sales in the area around $64.000 and I want to save at least 3% in comisions.

So, should I hire an real estate attonery to get all the papers or just go to a title company and they do everything?

Hello, my name is Ronald cova and this is my first post, I'm looking to sell my condo in Indianapolis but I want to get the most of it so planning to sell by owner my only question is what legal things do I have to do to close the deal? Do I have to hire a attonery to make a contract?.
