Hello everyone, I'm new to this. I am a auto mechanic by trade for 30 years.

I have worked on my own house, windows, flooring, paint, drywalling, doors, added walls, tore down some walls.

Really interested in buying repo's and fixing for profit.

Any advice and direction is appreciated.
