So there is no exact formula? like $60,000 deal should be 5,000 or 100,0000 should be 12,0000 etc.?

How do you determine what your Assignment fee should be on a wholesale?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have the Ultimate beginners guide but not the guide to wholesaling in the process of downloading that as we speak. I have started to look up properties but haven't jumped on anything yet. Even went for a drive to find out what's around my area Seattle, WA.
