Does anyone have any experience with NREIG regarding a claim? I've seen mixed reviews. I prefer to go with a local agent but it appears CA (or at least Northern CA) is only offering CA Fair Plan plus a supplemental which ends up being nearly four times what I was paying.

@Mike D'Arrigo

Can’t seem to open the chart. Where did you get it?

I know even mentioning this will attract criticism but I enjoy managing and maintaining my rental homes and I would like to offer my services to other investors - ie property manager and handyman. We just had the Paradise fire nearby so the need could not be greater. I assume I will need a realtors license to manage and can only do up to $500 of handyman work (CA). Any other advice as I consider these avenues?
