Thanks Dom! My goal ultimately is to determine which investing strategy best suits my lifestyle and skills. I can picture flipping and/or rental properties. At the moment, I am learning about investing strategies and building some capital with wholesaling. By the way, I love San Diego. I am researching different markets to see if there is a good place to focus on in my area, or if remote wholesaling is an option too for better markets. Any advice would be great!

Hi! Would you recommend wholesaling as a good entry way to real estate investing ? It seems like one needs to know a lot about investing strategy to do wholesaling despite it not being considered actual investing. Thanks for your advice. I am new to this and beginning that journey excitedly.
