Hi Ryan, Activity is mixed, however rents are high and the demand for rentals is great. This home would most likely make a better buy and hold or a rent to own. Demand for homes to purchase are greater with a home over $100,000.

Thanks Joshua, It gives me some guidance, I think the moving and purchase price might be a in the ballpark for this area, but I'm not sure that the area would support the sales price without land.

Hi I'm looking for some advice on determining the value of a small 3/2 double wide MH that is set up in a MH park. 

If you have some experience with buying and selling, with cash down and monthly payments. I would appreciate any rules of thumb or formulas you use to insure you are not overpaying for a MH.
