So I have an llc series and my questions are

I made a webpage and I am advertising with my llc series name can I really do it this way?

now I want to make some business cards and use my llc series as my main domain? 

I do not have a business license trough the state do I really need one?

since my llc series I use for my rentals and future rentals

can I really use the llc series to do all of the above?  

I am new in rei and I would not mind going to this meeting if its ok with you guys December 4th works for me at whtever time

going from a 1450 Sf house to a duplex of 918 Sf

I am pre-approve for 200k to buy a 3rd home as a owner occupied but I found a duplex where I can live in one half but it's smaller than my current home lender says they'll have a hard time getting me the loan for a duplex but they can do it for a sfr so if I want to buy the duplex how can I go about it? 

so I got an umbrella insurance with my regular home insurance and I think that is good enough for now will see when I get more rentals

i bought and I lived there for a year in each house but refinanced them last month now I am wondering if I should llc them and if it is a good idea and thank you

should i get an llc for my 2 rentals and why?
