@Andrew Postell awesome. I will do that. Thank you.

@Andrew Postell It doesn’t have to be a blanket loan. I really just want to refinance both of my rentals.

I have two rentals that I would like to refinance and make into 1. Each having a substantial equity amount. Has anyone used Wells Fargo to do this? Or should I check with a local credit union?

I’m purchasing my neighbors house with a wraparound mortgage from my Lawyer. How will this count when he tries to purchase a house in 5 years elsewhere. He does have an existing mortgage on his home. I will be renting his house out to tenants until I decide to sell it one day. I’m worried he may be stuck with this mortgage over his head forever. Please let me know. Thanks.

@John Farady thanks For the information.

I have a neighbor with a VA loan that's about to PCS (permanent change stations) if I do a wraparound mortgage will he be able to retain his VA loan entitlement and get another property ? Will the wrap free up the VA Entitlement?
