My question is that I found a lot of foreclosure, pre foreclosure and just homes for sale on Zillow and Redfin. Most of them have realtors as the point of contact. How do I go about it? Is it possible to assign a contract with the realtor? How do I get these houses under contract? Please if you can answer my question I would greatly appreciate it.
