Octobers meet up will consist of working together to figure out the best ways to put in offers on Off market and On Market properties. With interest rates rising and ARVs slowing coming down in some areas, it is more important than ever to run your numbers more conservatively. The other side of that equation is that there will now be more opportunity for people to enter the market.
