Hi Sandy Boateng I'm new as well located in Hamilton New Jersey just outside of Trenton, I also would like to house hack or just rent out all the rooms, only problem is there aren't much around here that are in a safe and nice neighborhood but I'm working on building my money up and hopefully I'll be able to start in the next two years!
