@Ray Johnson Thank you that helps a bunch. How would one get involved in this form of business. These groups all seem to have lots of resources to invest in such large projects. Are there ways to request funding or other means of support?

Could someone help me a little in understanding what the style of buying skyscrapers and turning them into hotels or strictly apartments. Example would be what the trump organization has done, buying skyscrapers in major cities and converting them to nicer apartments or hotels. This has always fascinated me but i'm not sure where i could better learn of it or even what this type of real estate buying is called. I would love to hear what you all have to say!
