Post: Does anyone have experience with buying a home from amazon?

We have a duplex with an extra flagpole lot that we are hoping to set up with an ADU for short term rentals. We're working on figuring out the local regulations for ADUs here which are a bit more confusing as it's already a duplex and not just a single family. When looking for options for something pre-fab to plop on our lot, we keep seeing things about Amazon homes and they seem super affordable, but I don't see a ton of information on them and how to plan for the house arriving. Does anyone have experience with these? Would love to hear some first hand experiences with these options. Thank you
