i am looking to do a joint venture with an experienced wholesaler in Phoenix area,precisely Maricopa county. I am a virtual wholesaler straight out of Delaware,looking for boots on ground I can work with. i'll handle all the marketing and lead acquisition and you'll handle meeting up with the seller and closing the the deal. If you wanted them to stay you could defer the maintenance and continue to collect the 750.00 passive income on day 1.
