I am certainly open to any strategies that have a positive cashflow at the end of it. So I would be interested in learning if that's something you r willing to teach I guess.
my current circumstance is challenging. I shattered my ankle about 3 weeks ago and am in a wheelchair for at least the next 6 months. This being the case I would very much like to at least make enough money to keep me plugged into software like this and the one offered by connected investors.
this has been not just a dream of mine but a passion that seemed to develope out of know where almost 10 years ago. So I am excited to be making some credible action steps finally and am looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for your time and support.

Sale price: $5,000
I made 1,000.00 asignment fee on a 5,000.00 property
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
It was something new I was learning and needed to make sure it was a legit process

The seller was a friend of mine and I was helping him out of a tough spot

By being the voice of reason and knowing who to envolve

I did oddly enough I just picked one at random and explained what my goals were and allowed him to help me make it happen.
