Septic is good in our area. Finance yes, to an extent, would be able to get you hooked up with some lenders in our area.

Our family is looking to divest our rental portfolio. We have no time-frame just wanting the right price. Please see link for information on the properties.
Yes these are more expensive than most; however note the following:
1. We don't have any problems renting these out
2. To buy this many properties you would have to hire someone on the ground

Please PM me for more information, but here's what I have (i'm the owner of these properties not a wholeseller)
General Information
1. Owner is not needing to sell! These houses have been money makers and will continue
to do so; however, he/she is willing to sell them at the above price.
2. This is an all or none sell, there will be no cherry picking of houses.
3. The houses are not and will not be listed on the MLS, this is an exclusive offering.
4. Please do not contact tenants or stop at the houses, drive by’s only are permitted
a. The tenants are not aware that the houses are for sale.
Property Information
All of the houses have the following attributes:
‐ Outside of Birmingham City limits one in Tuscaloosa close to Univ. of Alabama campus
‐ Have clear title and a warranty deed will be provided
‐ On Septic (no Jefferson County Sewer) the one in Tuscaloosa is on sewer

Every SFD in the city of B'ham is required to have a biz license. 90% of landlords don't know about this, but if B'ham wanted to they can go after you for this, retroactively w/ Irate penalty. It's a risk that i'm not willing to take.

Join up with a real estate company over there and shadow work for free with a realtor, get your license and you'll be ahead of most.

Oh and sold illegally, probably means that she didn't know about the foreclosure... but who knows. 10 bucks says she has no interest at all in the property and she is looking for money.
