Hello, Im pretty excited it about joining REI but all the information makes me kind of confuse in where i the should start.

1. Well im 24 years old with 3 kids and a 9 to 6 job ,living on a apartment paying 775 and every year  the rent increases. Im thinking in buying a place where we should live but maybe buying (mortgage) one of this options; a apartment on 95K or maybe search for a duplex or 4Plex  (average price on town is 180K for duplex and 270K for 4plex).Planning on maybe  live there for some time. The rent for the 4Plex and duplex are around 700 a month. What is the best option to start in Real Estate?

2. I do not have much experience about REI, i have attended to some seminars, webinars and read some books (reading right now The Ultimate beginners guide for REI). I was planning on maybe going to college and get in to Real Estate. Was is you best opinion or advise you all can give me?

Thank you very much for taking you're time on reading my questions.

Every advise would be great help for me to learn about REI.
