I’ve never flipped before and done wanna make costly mistakes. How do I go about finding a partner that is knowledgeable about flipping. I’m looking for someone who I can partner with. I will help fund the deal while they get the property. Any thoughts will be much appreciated.

How safe is it to partner with an investor? Meaning I will put down the downpayment in exchange for using my partners credit and income to get the load. How would we split things profit, expenses, mortage etc. Is there a way to protect myself so that they just can’t take the property since it will be in their name?
