@Alex Craig Good eve, thanks a lot for responsed, its really appreciated. . in this case should we really required 3x rent for the tenant?. is there any limit that we can give this to tenant?, or its just an intro for first 3x/4x rent for them, then after, will it be regular monthly rent?,. am i right?.. thanks sir
