@ Dustin Salmon. Just saw your post and the HOA covers water, sewer, trash, maintenance and the such. Only thing not covered would be tax and insurance. I'm only looking for steady income. If Need be I could pay cash for the place. And as far as managing my wife handles my condo and my step moms condos and apartments.

Larry T. What information would like to know? I do know the HOA does not include tax or insurance. Average rent for the area is around $970 for a unit like this. As I mentioned in my first post please be patient. I was going over some listings and found this one. Place does not seem to need any work (based on photos) except kitchen appliances. So I thought I would throw it out there.

1/1.5 condo. 760 sq ft. Asking $27,500. Does need appliances. HOA is $314 a month. Rents are anywhere from $800 and up. Seems like a good deal? 20% down 30 yr fixed. Still new at this so be patient. Haha

New here but not to rental properties. As of right now I own one rental property but I'm looking to expand. My father owned an apartment building and several condos. I'm looking to learn and grow using this site. Thanks
