Hi Cody, I am just taking a three day class with Scott Carson on buying notes, and I'd highly recommend it. This educator obviously had great deal of experience and not only teaches about notes, but also highlights the essential components of setting up and running a successful notes business :) #VNBFD #NOTECREW

Hi Everyone!

I know there may be some legal implications of marketing 'investment opportunities' and I wondered whether placing a statement to this effect on my business card may cross over any Securities and Exchange Commission regulations?

As a house flipper, I want to communicate both what I do and what I'm looking for, which is to attract small private investors to partner with me in the solid, short term house flips I will be putting together.  I am just concerned that my choice of wording on my business card might cause a problem?

The wording in question is "creating solid, short term real estate investing opportunities!"

I would be very grateful for any knowledgeable guidance on this matter.

Thank you!
