@Stephen Seaberry an easy way to see what they purchased the house for is in the tax record. As an agent, i look at the most recent deed transfers, or MLS listings if they are available.

Welcome to BP. I see that you're from Dinwiddie. My family has some land down there, but i've never been. Is there much new construction or home sales going on down there?

I'm very curious to see, if there is anybody on here who has done seller financing transactions, in the Northern Virginia area, and how they've worked out for you.....Anybody?

I'm a new investor (hopeful) from the Northern Virginia area. I've been binge listening to the podcasts, reading the blogs, and now I'm ready to learn more and connect with other investors to expand my knowledge and finally get active!!
