I'm very motivated to start wholesaling I know I'm young but I'm not no where near dumb. MY goal is to get my 1st million by 28. Just looking for some advice for of getting on my feet through wholesaling.

I'm sure that I have soaked up enough information to start making action steps to get into the wholesale real estate business. Im 20 years old work at a 7 to 3:30 job have 600 dollars saved up and I try to save 100 to 150 a week from my paychecks. My question is from my financial situation what are some of the next ACTION steps I should take who do I need to talk to and which marketing strategies should I start with bandit signs, website, direct mail etc.

Hello Everyone im Robert and im 20 years old wanting to start my career in Real Estate. Im very different from people my age. Most of them think about the present but im thinking about my future. Its been tough because its not too many people like me that i can find. My family been saying im a very rare person. Im the type of person when i want something im going to do any and everything possible to get where i want to go, and for the past year i been thinking about being successful and becoming wealthy 24/7 all day all night. I mean a level 10 cant sleep buring desire. I been focus on getting into real estate for the past months now reading books, going to seminars and researching and Im convinced that i want to get into wholesaling i dont care how hard it is im going to give it everything i got so ANY ADVICE of be greatfully appreciated.
